As a UI/UX Designer at our company in Surat, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing user interfaces for both web and mobile applications. Your primary focus will be on enhancing usability, accessibility, and overall user experience. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this role:**Roles & Responsibilities:**- Design and optimize user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability and accessibility standards are met.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user flows, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and users.- Develop high-quality graphics for digital platforms like websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.- Maintain design consistency with the companys brand guidelines and contribute to the visual identity of the brand.- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for improving design solutions based on user feedback and data.- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver design solutions aligned with business goals.- Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma to create and iterate on design assets.- Review designs during implementation, providing guidance and support to developers as needed.**Qualifications Required:**- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, including UI/UX work on web and mobile platforms, and graphic design.- Working knowledge of design technologies and software such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and others.- Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback efficiently.Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits like leave encashment. The work location is in person, and the preferred experience includes 2 years in graphic design, UI/UX, 3 years in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and Figma.
