Job Description

    As a Graphic Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling designs for digital and print platforms. Your creativity and attention to detail will be key in bringing brand stories to life through high-impact visuals. Heres what youll be responsible for:- Creative Design Execution - Design social media posts, banners, digital ads, and presentations. - Translate brand guidelines into visual assets for multiple client accounts.- Branding & Identity - Assist in developing brand identity assets such as color palettes and typography. - Ensure visual consistency across all design work for each brand.- Campaign Visual Support - Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, ad creatives, landing pages, and emailers. - Develop storyboards, mockups, and concept visuals for pitch presentations and social strategies.- Collaboration - Collaborate closely with content writers, social media managers, and digital marketers. - Engage in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions for new ideas and campaigns.- Versioning & Revisions - Modify designs to fit various sizes/formats and incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients.- Software Proficiency & File Management - Utilize tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva, Figma, etc. - Efficiently organize, name, and store project files for future reference.In addition to the responsibilities listed above, our ideal candidate should have:- 3 years of professional experience in a design role (agency experience is a plus).- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital, branding, and social media work.- Proficiency in design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.- Experience in handling multiple brands and meeting tight deadlines.Key Skills Required:- Proficiency in Design Tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Figma, and After Effects (bonus).- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities.- Good understanding of typography, layout, and color sense.- Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.- Effective work management and multitasking skills.- Ability to adapt across various formats (Static, Motion, Print).- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.- Basic knowledge of animation or motion design is a plus.,
