Job Description

    As a Graphic Designer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling designs for both digital and print platforms. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with our content, social media, and marketing teams to transform brand stories into impactful visual representations. Your work will require a high level of creativity, consistency, and a keen eye for design that is in line with our brand and campaign objectives.Your key responsibilities will include designing social media posts, banners, digital ads, and presentations. You will also be tasked with translating brand guidelines into visual assets across various client accounts. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of brand identity assets such as color palettes and typography while ensuring visual consistency across all design work for each brand.In supporting marketing campaigns, you will be expected to create visual assets for ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and pitch presentations. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role, as you will work closely with content writers, social media managers, and digital marketers. Participation in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to generate innovative ideas and campaigns is essential.Your role will also involve adapting designs to multiple sizes and formats, as well as making revisions based on feedback from internal teams and clients. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva, and Figma is necessary, along with efficient organization and management of project files for future reference.To qualify for this position, you should have at least 3 years of professional experience in a design role, with agency experience being a bonus. A strong portfolio demonstrating your work in digital, branding, and social media is required, along with a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Experience in working on multiple brands and meeting tight deadlines will be advantageous.The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in design tools, creative thinking, visual storytelling, typography, layout, color sense, attention to detail, brand consistency, work management, multitasking, adaptability across formats, team collaboration, communication, and basic animation or motion design skills.This position is within the Integrated Marketing department, based in Surat, and is an on-site job requiring a graduation qualification and a minimum of 2 years of quality experience.
