Role Overview:You will be joining the Creative Team as a Graphic Designer [Specialist Creative] at a leading global R&D oriented Pharmaceutical and manufacturer of specialty chemicals based in Sachin GIDC, Surat. Your role will involve conceptualising and executing creative designs across various media to align with the brand vision and business objectives. Collaboration with different departments to create visually compelling content for the target audience will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:- Develop creative concepts and design layouts for digital, print, and social media platforms.- Create visually engaging graphics, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.- Translate brand and business strategies into visually appealing communications.- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements.- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas, and present design concepts to stakeholders.- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality adherence.- Maintain organized files and documentation for all projects.- Ensure consistency and quality in design outputs following brand guidelines.- Review and proofread designs to ensure accuracy in layout, spelling, and punctuation.- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies for continuous improvement in creative output.Qualification Required:- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in a professional design role.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills across various media.- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Experience with web design, UX/UI principles, and motion graphics is a plus.Please note that the candidate must demonstrate geographical attachment to the Surat Region for this position.
