    Job Title: Business Head - Medical EquipmentDepartment : Sales & MarketingLocation: Surat, might need to TravelExperience: 10-15 years in sales, business development, or management roles in themedical equipment or healthcare industry.CTC : 20 LPA 25 LPAJob Summary:The Business Head will play a pivotal role in scaling our business by developing andmanaging sales channels, building alliances, and fostering relationships with keyaccounts. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in sales and businessdevelopment within the medical equipment or healthcare industry, with a proven trackrecord in building distribution networks and partnerships for new products.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Channel Development:a. Build, lead, and expand the sales and distribution network for medical equipment, targeting key markets and segments.b. Develop and execute strategies for sales channel growth, maximizing coverage in primary and secondary markets.c. Manage relationships with distributors and channel partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives.2. Key Account Management:a. Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with major accounts, hospitals, clinics, and Healthcare networks.b. Develop customized solutions for key accounts, negotiating contracts and service agreements to drive growth and customer satisfaction.c. Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted strategies for key accounts.3. Product Alliances and Partnerships:a. Identify and negotiate partnerships and alliances for new products to expandthe companys product offerings.b. Work with R&D and product teams to align product development with marketneeds and identify new revenue opportunities.c. Maintain an understanding of competitor products and strategicpartnerships in the industry.4. Business Strategy and Execution:a. Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement the companysgrowth strategy.b. Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience, brand positioning, andmarket reach.c. Prepare regular reports and analysis for senior management on sales,market trends, and competitive insights.5. Team Leadership:a. Hire, train, and mentor a team of sales and business developmentprofessionals.b. Set performance targets and provide ongoing feedback, ensuring high levelsof team engagement and productivity.c. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within thesales and business development team.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanceddegree is preferred.10-15 years of experience in sales and business development, specifically withinthe medical equipment or healthcare industry.Proven track record in building and managing sales channels and key accounts in acompetitive market.Experience in forming strategic partnerships and alliances for new productofferings.Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of medical equipment industry trends, regulations, and key players.Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and decision-making processes inhealthcare.Data-driven with strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startupenvironment.,
