Job Description

    As a Sales Marketing Head/Business Development Head at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, maintaining client relationships, and expanding our market presence across India. This position necessitates significant travel and a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with existing and potential clients in Surat and various states to understand their chemical needs and offer suitable solutions.- Cultivate and nurture strong, enduring customer relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industries utilizing chemical products.- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and surpass sales targets.- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.- Efficiently negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements.- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth import operations of chemicals as per client demands.- Monitor import timelines and provide updates to clients as needed.- Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and activity reports.- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the chemical industry.- Offer market feedback to aid in product development and marketing strategies.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales or business development experience, preferably in the chemical, industrial, or B2B sector.- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to different states as required.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Basic understanding of chemical products and applications is advantageous.In addition to a competitive salary and attractive incentive structure, we offer you the opportunity for significant professional growth and career advancement in a collaborative and supportive work environment.,
