Job Description

    As an HR Executive/Recruiter at our Import-Export company dealing in Machinery Products, you will be responsible for the companys in-house hiring. Your primary duties will include sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, social networking, etc. You will be required to shortlist candidates based on the job requirements and conduct telephonic interviews. Additionally, you will coordinate and schedule interviews with the respective departments, work on selection criteria, and manage the entire recruitment process from screening to onboarding.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in HR recruitment. You should be able to independently manage recruitment and related operations, possess experience in various selection processes, and handle end-to-end recruitment activities such as gathering requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding. Furthermore, you will be responsible for taking feedback after each interview, updating documents, negotiating offers, and managing the joining procedures. You will also be required to handle exit formalities when necessary.Our company, established in 2005, operates from multiple locations in Maharashtra and Gujarat, with a presence abroad. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is in day shift, and there are performance bonuses and yearly bonuses available.The preferred education for this role is a Bachelors degree, and the ideal candidate should have a total of 5 years of work experience, with at least 4 years in HR.
