Job Description

    As an HR Analyst located in Surat with 5 to 10 years of experience, you must have a background in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition roles, with a specific focus on hiring for manufacturing or electronics industries such as EMS and PCBA.Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with the Program Manager and Promoter to devise recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end hiring process for technical and non-technical roles, aligning recruitment efforts with business objectives through stakeholder collaboration, ensuring a positive candidate experience, facilitating smooth onboarding, and tracking hiring metrics for effective workforce planning.To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition roles, preferably in small or growing organizations, and prior experience in hiring for manufacturing or electronics industries will be advantageous. Your skillset should encompass a deep understanding of modern recruitment tools and sourcing platforms, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, the ability to design and refine recruitment processes, proficiency in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics, and adaptability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.Overall, your role will involve reporting to the Program Manager and Promoter, leading recruitment for EMS industry roles, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and leveraging your expertise in recruitment tools, sourcing, and stakeholder management to drive successful hiring outcomes.
