Job Description

    Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Recruitment & Staffing Assist with sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics. Onboarding & Offboarding Support onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation. Assist with offboarding formalities, including exit interviews and paperwork. Employee Engagement & Development Participate in planning and organizing team-building activities and employee engagement events. Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and record-keeping. HR Operations & Administration Maintain employee records and update HR databases as required.
