Job Description

    Role Overview:As an Import Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to manage the procurement and import process of solar equipment and components. You will coordinate with suppliers, handle documentation, ensure timely shipments, and collaborate closely with logistics and finance teams.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate import purchases of solar materials and equipment- Prepare and manage import documentation and customs clearance- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics teams- Maintain accurate purchase records and assist in cost control- Resolve issues related to shipment delays or discrepancies- Support procurement team with vendor follow-ups and order managementQualifications Required:- Minimum 2 years of experience in import purchase coordination- Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading) is mandatory- Good understanding of import/export procedures and documentation- Strong organizational and communication skills- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasksAdditional Company Details:The job is full-time and requires in-person work at the specified location.,
