Job Description

    As a Junior Full Stack Ruby Developer at Avinyaa EdTech, you will be part of an innovative and rapidly growing EdTech company dedicated to revolutionizing the educational experience through cutting-edge technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using Ruby on Rails and modern frontend technologies like React.js or Vue.js.You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end development process, collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and other developers to build new features and enhance existing ones. Additionally, you will provide mentorship to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices to maintain code quality.Key Responsibilities:- Develop web applications using Ruby on Rails and modern technologies.- Create robust APIs and integrate them with frontend services.- Lead the development process from architecture to deployment, focusing on performance optimization.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the EdTech platform.- Mentor junior developers and maintain code quality through code reviews and pair programming.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and staging environments.- Ensure mobile and web responsiveness with performance optimizations.- Evaluate and enhance development processes, tools, and technologies.- Stay updated with industry trends to contribute to product innovation.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on Ruby on Rails.- Proficiency in Ruby, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, React.js, Vue.js, etc.- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party API integration.- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).- Familiarity with Git, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), and Agile methodologies.- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Preferred Skills:- Experience in EdTech or similar industries.- Familiarity with Angular, React, Vue.js, microservices architecture, and search technologies.- Knowledge of TDD, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.Joining Avinyaa EdTech offers a competitive salary, opportunity to work with a passionate team, health insurance benefits, and a culture that emphasizes continuous learning and growth.To apply for the position of Junior Full Stack Ruby Developer, please send your updated resume to hidden_email with the subject line Junior Full Stack Ruby Developer. ,
