We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.Position Overview:We are seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be an expert in both manual and automation testing, responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products. You will lead a team of QA engineers, develop test strategies, and implement best practices in our quality assurance processes.Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Test Strategy: Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for both manual and automated testing. Manual Testing: Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements. Automation Testing: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks. Defect Management: identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools; ensure timely resolution. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders, providing insights into quality status and risks. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA and implement relevant processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3 to 8 years of experience in quality assurance, with expertise in both manual and automation testing. Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar frameworks. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise with overseas clients and technical teams.
