Job Description

    As a Lead Sales Manager at Jay Air System Private Limited, you will play a critical role in driving business development and overseeing the execution of sales strategies. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and team leadership, particularly in B2B or technical product environments, you will lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales cycle, developing customer relationships, ensuring consistent revenue growth, and aligning efforts with company goals.Your key responsibilities will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing key client accounts, tracking sales performance, collaborating with marketing and product teams, identifying new market opportunities, guiding junior sales staff, participating in negotiations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and ethical standards.To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (an MBA is a plus) and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
