Job Description

Designation: Legal Associate /Sr. Legal AssociateWork Location: Piplod, Surat- Drafting, vetting, review of various commercial Agreements.- Conduct legal research on various topics relevant to the companys operations.- Application and Prosecution drafting of intellectual property rights including Trademarks and Copyrights.- Assisting to Panel Advocate regarding litigation matters by gathering documents and preparing legal documents.- Developing, Monitoring and implementing Legal document management processes to ensure systematic records.- Provide general legal support to various departments within the company.- Maintenance of Legal database, MIS, Agreements, Letter Head etc.Requirements:- Practical experience in Application of Intellectual Property and drafting of Prosecution documents.- Experience in drafting, vetting and review of agreements.- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Well versed with MS Office.- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and cross-functional teams.Mandatory Requirement:- Experience of Trademark Litigation is mandatory- Good in Gujarati and English languageEducation: LL.B.
