We offer expert advice and strategic solutions tailored to our clients unique needs.Job Overview:We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen and a proven track record in management consulting. A background in CA (Chartered Accountancy) or MBA is required. Prior experience in business development and management consulting will be considered an advantage.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals Provide strategic advice to help clients optimize operations and drive business growth Conduct market research, analyze data, and develop actionable insights and recommendations Assist clients in implementing business solutions and monitoring the success of these initiatives Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals tailored to client needs Engage in business development activities to generate new consulting opportunities Travel to client locations as needed for project requirements Collaborative and supportive work environmentRequirements Qualifications: CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA from a recognized institution Experience: 2-5 years of prior experience in management consulting or business development is highly preferred Strong knowledge in business strategy, process optimization, and organizational restructuring Skills: Excellent command of Hindi and English (verbal and written communication) Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills Proficiency in creating detailed reports, presentations, and proposals Soft Skills: Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently Excellent interpersonal and client management skills Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Other Requirements: Willingness to travel to client locations as requiredBenefits Benefits: Competitive salary within the range of 70,000 to 80,000 per month Opportunity to work with diverse industries and clients Career growth and development opportunities within a growing firm,
