Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Medical Representative at Essity Pharmaceuticals, your main responsibility will be to promote Essitys pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within your assigned territory in Surat. You will play a crucial role in driving sales performance, achieving targets, and expanding the market presence of Essity.Key Responsibilities:- Promote and detail Essitys pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business objectives.- Conduct regular field visits to generate prescriptions and expand coverage.- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare practitioners.- Organize CMEs, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions; provide timely feedback.- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.- Maintain daily call reports, sales updates, and territory insights.Qualification Required:- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Business or related field.- 13 years of experience as a Medical Representative (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong planning, territory management, and execution ability.- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.- Target-oriented and self-motivated.Please note that the salary for this position ranges from 25,000 to 30,000 NTH along with attractive incentives.
