Job Description

    You will be joining a dynamic and forward-thinking IT solutions company, Xcellence-IT, as a MERN Full Stack Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features will be a key part of your daily tasks. You will need to write clean, efficient code, troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance, and ensure that the applications are responsive and user-friendly. Integrating APIs and third-party services, conducting code reviews, and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends are also part of your responsibilities.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field- 2 years of experience in software development focusing on the MERN stack- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3- Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js- Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, version control systems, and Agile development methodologies- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to provide constructive feedback to peersTo be eligible for this role, excellent communication and organizing skills are a must. You should be able to work independently at all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, cloud services (AWS, Azure), CICD, deployment processes, testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha), and building responsive and accessible web applications will be advantageous.
