Job Description

    IT Project ManagerLocation: SuratExperience: 3-4 yearsWork Mode: On-site (No Work-from-Home)Industry: ITJob Summary:We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to oversee and manage software development projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate must have a strong IT background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, scope, and budget. Collaborate with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to define project requirements. Track project progress and manage risks to prevent roadblocks. Use project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.) for task tracking and reporting. Communicate project status, issues, and solutions effectively to management and clients. Ensure best practices in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies. Manage resource allocation and workload distribution. Conduct post-project analysis to identify areas for improvement.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in IT project management. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience with project management tools. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. Strong communication skills for client and team coordination. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.,
