Job Description

    As a Civil Construction Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining quality standards in all civil construction activities, encompassing RCC, structural steel, and finishing works. Your key tasks will include implementing and monitoring QA/QC procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. It will be your duty to conduct inspections, material testing, and audits to verify that construction quality aligns with design requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to review and approve construction materials, mix designs, and workmanship according to project standards. Collaboration with project teams, contractors, and third-party inspectors will be essential to address quality-related issues efficiently. You will also be required to maintain thorough documentation of test reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action plans. Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations pertaining to quality control will be a crucial aspect of your role. In the event of quality deviations, you will need to conduct root cause analyses and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in training site teams on quality control procedures and best practices in construction. Your support in the project handover processes will be vital to ensure completion of all quality documentation. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Surat, Gujarat. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelors degree and possess at least 4 years of experience in Civil Engineering, 3 years in QA/QC, 2 years in Industrial Projects, and preferably 2 years in Billing Civil. The anticipated start date for this role is 21/07/2025. This position offers health insurance and a Provident Fund benefit. Reliable commuting or willingness to relocate to Surat, Gujarat, is preferred for this role.,
