Communication, training, and mentoring within the sales team will be key aspects of your role. You will be expected to develop and implement sales management strategies that enhance business performance and contribute to the companys success. Effective negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships within the diamond industry are crucial for this position.To excel in this role, you should possess fluent English and strong communication and customer service skills. Sales and training abilities are essential, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the diamond industry. Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships, strong negotiation and presentation skills, as well as knowledge of diamond industry trends and products are required.
