Job Description

    The Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential B2B customers and retain existing clients for the organization. As a successful candidate, you will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership qualities both in business and marketing aspects.Your responsibilities will include creating offerings, screening relevant leads, contacting and closing deals, managing end-to-end business growth, reaching out to institutes, academies, colleges, corporates, and schools for bulk orders or partnership collaborations. Additionally, you will be required to manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors, conduct one-on-one calls with leads, visit companies in Surat and nearby cities, and oversee budget management to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Moreover, you will lead and mentor a team of professionals, offering guidance and support as necessary.The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience as a B2B Marketing Executive or in a similar role. Proficiency in communication, research, and presentation skills is essential, along with the ability to engage with high-level executives. Previous experience in management, operations, and leadership will be advantageous. Building consensus and maintaining relationships with managers, partners, and employees are key skills required for this role. We are seeking an upbeat and enthusiastic individual who can present themselves effectively and engage in meaningful conversations.This full-time position is based in Vesu, Surat, Gujarat, with a work schedule of 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
