Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Manager Mortgage LoanLocation: Ahmedabad / Vadodara / Surat / RajkotMinimum Experience: 1 year in sales of Mortgage LoanWe are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for driving business growth and managing customer relationships in the mortgage loan sector. The role involves acquiring new customers, enhancing business across multiple mortgage products, and ensuring smooth customer experience throughout the process.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Business Acquisition:
      • Drive business growth by acquiring new customers in the assigned region, with a strong focus on increasing the affordable mortgage reach.
    2. Partnership Management:
      • Build and nurture relationships with sourcing partners, including connectors, referral partners, and I Banks, to expand the network.
    3. Market Expansion:
      • Increase market share for affordable mortgage products, and further expand the reach of related products like LAP (Loan Against Property), Home Loans, and other mortgage solutions.
    4. Customer Service:
      • Ensure high levels of engagement with customers through effective pre- and post-sales services.
      • Ensure timely login of files and smooth processing using available digital tools and systems.
    5. NPA & Collections Management:
      • Take complete control of Non-Performing Assets (NPA) and collections, ensuring that overdue cases are managed effectively.
      • Maintain portfolio health by following the lend to collect culture to minimize defaults.
    6. Vendor Liaison:
      • Manage relationships with legal, technical, collection, FI (Financial Institutions), and RCU (Risk Control Unit) vendors to ensure smooth operations.
    7. Customer Retention:
      • Focus on customer retention and provide support post-onboarding to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
      • Handle audit management and ensure compliance with company processes and regulations.
    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage loan sales.
    • Strong knowledge of mortgage products such as Home Loans, LAP, and Affordable Mortgages.
    • Excellent communication, relationship management, and customer service skills.
    • Proficient in digital tools for loan processing and customer management.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
