Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading sales operations efforts to enhance efficiency and drive growth. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee all aspects of sales operations, supporting a high-performing sales team. Additionally, you will develop, implement, and optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting. Analyzing sales performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading the adoption of sales tools like HubSpot are also key aspects of your role. Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in sales workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and providing training and support to the sales team on operational tools will be critical to improving efficiency and revenue generation.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all aspects of sales operations to support a high-performing sales team.- Develop, implement, and optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.- Analyze and report on sales performance, trends, and key metrics to provide actionable insights.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies for a seamless customer experience.- Lead the adoption, configuration, and utilization of sales tools and CRM platforms like HubSpot.- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in sales workflows to improve efficiency and revenue generation.- Ensure data accuracy and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.- Provide training and support to the sales team on operational tools and best practices.Qualifications Required:- Proven experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field.- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, especially HubSpot, with additional experience in Salesforce or similar platforms being a plus.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The schedule includes day and morning shifts, with a yearly bonus. Preferred experience includes 2 years with HubSpot, CRM systems, and Salesforce. Work location is in person.,
