We strive to create engaging, personalized, and effective learning environments that empower students and educators alike.Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead in AI/ML to join our talented team. In this role, you will lead a group of data scientists and machine learning engineers, driving the development of cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance our educational products and services.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of AI/ML professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms tailored for educational applications.- Collaborate with product managers, educators, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI/ML projects that align with business goals.- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and trends, ensuring that Avinyaa remains at the forefront of the edtech industry.- Mentor and train team members, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.- Evaluate and implement best practices in AI/ML, including data management, model validation, and performance monitoring.- Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to senior management and other stakeholders.Qualifications:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.- Proven experience (5 years) in AI/ML, with a strong understanding of algorithms, statistical models, and data analysis.- Must have 3 years of experience in NLP, andable to do extensive research on NLP with limited guidance.- Must have work experience in libraries like NLTK.- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, with strong project management skills.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for education and technology.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Why Join Us - Be part of a mission-driven company that values innovation and creativity.- Work in a collaborative and supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth.- Contribute to meaningful projects that impact the future of education.How to Apply:If you are excited about leading AI/ML initiatives in the edtech space, we would love to hear from you!
