    We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join Aloola Solutions. This role requires expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making to support and enhance business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, experience working with large datasets, and a proven ability to deliver actionable insights. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Scientist with e-commerce expertise to join our dynamic team.Must-Have Skills: Machine Learning Algorithms, Python or R Programming, Big Data Technologies (Hadoop, Spark, or equivalent), Data Visualization Tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar), SQL and Data Modeling Expertise.Key Requirements: Data Analysis & Insights Generation Leverage advanced analytics techniques to analyze and interpret complex datasets. Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business decision-making. Machine Learning & Predictive Modeling Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for forecasting and automation. Implement scalable solutions to process large volumes of data efficiently. Data Pipeline & Infrastructure Management Develop robust ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources. Ensure data accuracy, quality, and availability for business users. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with stakeholders to define data-driven solutions for business challenges. Present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Mentorship & Leadership Mentor junior team members in data science best practices. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and learning. E-commerce Analytics & Insights Analyze e-commerce data to uncover trends, customer behavior patterns, and product performance insights. Develop strategies to improve customer retention, conversion rates, and lifetime value.Soft Skills Required: Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. A dynamic, cross-functional approach to work with a collaborative attitude. Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for learning. Experience: 7 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Analytics. Proven expertise in designing and deploying data solutions in production environments.
