Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team at Aloola Solutions. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making to enhance business operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in data science, experience in handling large datasets, and a track record of delivering actionable insights. This role provides the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.The primary responsibilities of this role include analyzing and interpreting complex datasets using advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for supporting business decision-making. You will also be involved in designing, building, and optimizing machine learning models for forecasting and automation, as well as developing scalable solutions to process large volumes of data efficiently.In addition, you will be responsible for developing robust ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and availability for business users. Collaboration with stakeholders to define data-driven solutions, presenting findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, and mentoring junior team members in data science best practices are also key aspects of this role.The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Machine Learning Algorithms, Python or R Programming, Big Data Technologies (such as Hadoop, Spark, or equivalent), Data Visualization Tools (like Tableau, Power BI, or similar), SQL, and Data Modeling. A minimum of 7 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Analytics is required, along with a proven track record of designing and deploying data solutions in production environments.Additionally, soft skills such as self-motivation, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a collaborative attitude are essential for success in this role. A dynamic, cross-functional approach to work, a positive, solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for learning are also highly valued.This is a full-time position based at The Citadel, 6th floor 601-603, Opp. Star Bazaar, Adajan, Surat, Gujarat 395009.
