Job Description

    You will be working as a Senior AI/ML Developer, where your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML algorithms and models. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to research and explore new AI/ML techniques and technologies.You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML development to qualify for this role. Your educational background should include MCA, BE/B.Tech-IT/Computer, or MSC-IT. Strong programming skills in Python, Django, and Flask are essential for this position. Expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning is required.Furthermore, you should have experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision. Familiarity with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras is preferred. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is also desirable.As a Senior AI/ML Developer, you will be responsible for training and optimizing AI/ML models on large datasets, evaluating and improving model performance, and collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data from various sources. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the AI/ML field is crucial.In addition to technical responsibilities, you will be expected to mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.A passion for AI/ML and a desire to make a significant impact in this field are important qualities we are looking for. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, and seaborn is a plus. Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control, Docker, testing, and CI/CD, is highly valued. Experience working in Agile development methodologies will be an advantage.,
