    Senior Fashion DesignerJob Location: Surat (on-site)Company OverviewHeart&Soul is a leading manufacturer of Indian ethnic wear, renowned for its quality craftsmanship and commitment to traditional design aesthetics. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to join our team for creating innovative and high-quality saree collections that align with the brands vision and cater to contemporary fashion trends.Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design new saree collections, incorporating traditional and modern elements. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, fabrics, and techniques of designing. Create sketches and detailed technical drawings to communicate design ideas effectively. Select appropriate fabrics, colours, and embellishments (such as embroidery, sequins, and prints) to enhance the overall design. Lead and mentor the design team, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the design process. Present design concepts and collections to senior management and stakeholders for approval. Oversee the creation of prototypes, ensuring that designs are accurately translated into finished products. Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal drape, fit, and quality of each saree. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to oversee production timelines and quality controlQualifications Bachelors degree in Fashion Designing. A minimum of 4 -7 years of experience in fashion design, with at least 3 years specializing in sarees. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of saree designs and successful collections. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. Excellent understanding of saree draping styles, garment construction, and traditional Indian textiles. Exceptional creativity, artistic ability, and attention to detail. Strong leadership and team management skills.Preferred Skills: Experience in both traditional and contemporary saree designs. Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices and materials. Strong network within the saree industry.,
