Job Description

Role Overview:As a Software Engineer at Casepoint, you will be responsible for designing, installing, testing, maintaining, and providing client support for software systems. Your role goes beyond coding as the software you develop will enhance business operations and improve service delivery. Your expertise in programming skills is essential, and the specific programming language you work with will depend on project requirements. Your main objective will be to create high-quality, innovative software that meets coding standards and technical specifications.Key Responsibilities:- Take ownership of customer-reported issues and ensure they are resolved efficiently- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and find solutions to address customer problems in detail- Develop and test modules based on project requirements and timelines- Provide customer support on a rotational shift basis- Adhere to coding standards set by the organization- Follow instructions from superiors and update code status in TFS- Prepare technical documentation for resolved requests- Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams as per standard procedures- Share knowledge within the team for continuous improvement- Submit daily activity reports to the Reporting Manager- Comply with organizational procedures and guidelinesQualifications Required:- 2 to 10 years of relevant experience- Proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, .NET CORE C#, MS SQL Server- Familiarity with Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS, and Web API- Knowledge of PGSQL and Kendo UI would be considered an advantage,
