Senior Software Engineer (.Net Developer)

Job Description

As a Software Engineer at Casepoint, you will be responsible for designing, installing, testing, maintaining, and providing client support for software systems. Your role goes beyond coding as the software you develop will contribute to the smooth operation and improved service delivery of the business. Your programming skills are essential, and the specific language you work with will be determined by the project requirements. Your main objective will be to create high-quality, innovative software that meets coding standards and technical design criteria.Key Responsibilities:- Take ownership of customer-reported issues and ensure their resolution- Conduct in-depth research, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and provide detailed solutions for customer issues- Develop and test modules according to requirements and assigned timelines- Offer customer support on a rotational basis- Adhere to coding standards set by the organization- Follow instructions from superiors and maintain code version control- Prepare technical documentation for resolved requests- Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams as per standard procedures- Share knowledge and transfer information within the team- Submit daily activity reports to the Reporting ManagerQualifications Required:- 2 to 10 years of relevant experience- Proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, .NET CORE C#, MS SQL Server- Familiarity with Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS, and Web API- Knowledge of PGSQL and Kendo UI would be an added advantageAt Casepoint, we believe that an excellent culture leads to an excellent product.
