    Job Title: Showroom Manager - Decor and Furnishing ShowroomWorking Days: 6 days a week with 1 day off. Established in 2016, Maanavi Homes has three workshops covering 1,50,000 sq ft, specializing in woodwork, metalwork, and upholstery. With over 100 projects completed across India, Maanavi Homes continually explores design and material possibilities.Purpose of the PositionThe Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the decor and furnishing showroom, ensuring high standards of customer service, sales performance, and team management. This role is ideal for a leader skilled in customer experience enhancement and showroom team management.Key Responsibilities & DutiesShowroom Management: Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and lead the showroom team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for development. Client Management: Handle client negotiations and close sales. Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale. Schedule meetings with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Financial Oversight: Team Coordination: Meet with labor teams to discuss project requirements and timelines. Assign tasks to team members based on skills and workload to ensure smooth operations. Architect Coordination: Collaborate with architects to follow up on project specifications and ensure alignment with client needs. Vendor Management: Negotiate rates with job work vendors to achieve cost-effective results. Report Reviews: Analyze data to implement improvements where needed.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in retail management in the decor and furnishing industry. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven track record in sales and customer service.
