Job Description

    The Site HR Officer is responsible for managing and implementing human resources functions at the project site(Surat). You will ensure compliance with company HR policies, support workforce planning, oversee employee relations, and facilitate communication between site management and the corporate HR team. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and brings strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to support on-site personnel.You will serve as the on-site HR representative and point of contact for all employee-related matters. Additionally, you will implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with corporate guidelines and local regulations. Supporting recruitment efforts, including job description development, candidate screening, and onboarding, will also be a key responsibility.Handling employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution will fall under your purview. You will coordinate site-based training and development initiatives and maintain employee records, attendance, and site HR reports. Collaborating with the HSE and site management teams, you will ensure health, safety, and labor law compliance.Your role will involve promoting employee engagement and fostering a positive work environment at the project site. To be successful in this position, you should hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with site or project-based HR experience preferred, is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced site environment are essential. Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or railway industry is considered a strong advantage.,
