Job Description

    As a Store Executive at the company, your primary responsibility will be to ensure precise materials handling, timely deliveries, and optimal resource management to maintain seamless store operations while complying with safety and statutory regulations.**Key Responsibilities:**- Conduct day-to-day activities in adherence to relevant policies, processes, and standard operating procedures- Implement and maintain established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory and warehouse management- Supervise the receipt division ensuring meticulous reception of materials and validate incoming receipts- Manage the transfer of materials to storage locations, ensuring safety and security protocols- Facilitate the issuance and receipt of materials according to plant requirements- Ensure secure and organized storage of materials within designated areas- Label products accurately and document delivery processes- Assist in creating MIS reports for inventory analysis- Assist in the liquidation of surplus and obsolete materials- Establish good inter-departmental relationships with a customer-oriented mindset- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to materials management- Adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Fire guidelines for materials handling- Provide instructions and guidance to contract workers for effective contribution to store activities- Contribute insights for operational-level manpower planning- Provide guidance to contract labor and workforce engaged in store operations- Ensure thorough training for workers related to store operations processes and safety compliancesNo additional details of the company were provided in the job description. **Qualification Required:**- Education Qualifications: Diploma of Engineering or Technology (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical)- Experience: 2 - 9 years of experience in supply chain management in a similar plant operations environment- Functional Competencies: Familiarity with Petrochemical/refinery Equipment, Understanding of Standard Engineering & Maintenance Practices, Ability to handle store equipment, Knowledge of Statutory Regulations and Safety Hazards, Planning and decision-making skills, Experience in handling contract workers**Success Metrics:**- % daily demand fulfillment- Amount of volumes handled- On-time delivery rate- Adherence to Safety compliances- Zero Safety Incidents**Operating Network:**- Internal: Production, Engineering & Maintenance, Material, Warehouse, Quality, P&C, Purchase, Finance, IDT- External: Vendors, Customers, Transporters,
