Job Description

    With an emphasis on EHV substations up to 400 kV, we are looking for a responsible and capable Civil Supervisor to manage the civil operations of the power distribution projects. Strong contract labor management, assurance of quality control, and compliance with workplace safety standards would characterize the perfect candidate.Accountabilities:Labor Administration:Oversee contract labor at the location and assign tasks on a regular basis based on the employees civic obligation proficiency.Guarantee of Excellence:You may make sure that activities are carried out in accordance with structural and civil designs by conducting regular quality checks on civil works.Keeping Records Up to Date:Every day, adjust the tasks measurement in the measuring book.Management of Materials:Reconcile materials daily, accounting for returns and difficulties.using independent contractors to supply labor.Reporting:Take part in regular activities and provide seniors their job reports.in addition to the ultimate customers.Invoicing:Make running bills based on the authorized and actual measurement sheets.Taking Care of Drawings:Determine which shop floor drawings are which, make sure the work is done according to the authorized designs, and update the as-built drawings appropriately.Sync:Coordinate often with the many agencies present, including the departments of Civil, HVAC, and FA.Managing Checklists:Keep site checklists and work permits current with the necessary duties on a regular basis.Observance:Make sure that all work is completed in accordance with the specifications specified in the tender, SOP, and drawings.Competency and Circumstances:shown expertise in overseeing the construction of power distribution projects, especially those involving high-voltage substations.strong labor, quality assurance, and safety managerial compliance abilities.competence in the interpretation and application of civil and structural designs.Interacting with older folks, other websites, and their representatives requires effective communication skills.familiarity with handling material reconciliation, recording measurements, and creating invoices.the capacity to keep work permits and checklists up to date.knowledge of tender specifications and SOPs.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Provident FundSchedule: Day shiftYearly bonusExperience: total work: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In person,
