Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear communication and timely feedback. Prepare candidates for interviews and provide them with necessary information about the company and position. Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring compliance with company policies and negotiating terms as needed. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training logistics. Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve processes. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) effectively to manage candidate information. Employer Branding: Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts to enhance the companys visibility in the job market. Represent the company at job fairs and networking events. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Provide insights and recommendations for improving the recruitment process and strategies.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to assess candidates effectively and make informed hiring decisions.
