Job Description

    You will be responsible for managing our companys ongoing projects, ensuring that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Your role as a Technical Project Manager will involve working closely with team members to deliver projects on time within the stipulated scope and budget.Your responsibilities will include:- Leading the initiation and planning of projects, ensuring technical feasibility- Developing detailed project plans to monitor progress- Coordinating with developers, designers, SEO specialists, and marketing teams- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals- Delegating tasks and ensuring resource availability and allocation- Conducting training sessions for team members to enhance their skills- Conducting quarterly performance reviews and contributing to company growth- Creating a positive working environment that inspires the teamSkills required for this role:- Excellent project management and communication skills- In-depth knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce workflows- Familiarity with front-end and back-end e-commerce development, including HTML, CSS, and Shopify Liquid templates- Strong negotiating and organizational skills- Technical skills in NODEJS, REACTJS, MYSQL, and POSTGRESQL- Experience in time and team management, with a minimum of 2 years as a project manager,
