Job Description

    You will be responsible for providing on-site technical support as a Testing Technician in solar power plants, industrial units, and utility sites. Your duties will include conducting earthing resistance testing, servicing circuit breakers, and cleaning panels and inverters under the guidance of senior technicians or engineers.Your role will involve assisting in data collection, handling tools, and maintaining basic records. This position requires physical involvement, strict adherence to safety protocols, and a fundamental comprehension of electrical systems.As a Testing Technician, you must be willing to travel within designated regions and comply with directives from the site lead. This opportunity is ideal for individuals at a semi-skilled or entry-level looking to gain practical experience in the solar and industrial field.Requirements:- Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma (Preferably in Electrical or related field)- Minimum of 2 years experience in electrical maintenance, testing, or site servicing- Basic knowledge of electrical components and tools- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols- Readiness to travel and work in various field conditions- Positive attitude, discipline, and dedication to completing tasks promptlyBenefits:- Monthly Salary: INR 12,000 - 18,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)- Travel allowance for on-site visits- Hands-on training in electrical safety, testing, and servicing- Certificate of work experience or internship (if applicable)- Potential growth opportunities into technician or assistant engineer positions- Exposure to solar and industrial maintenance operations,
