As a Subject Matter Expert / Trainer / Faculty (Corporate Etiquette and Business Management ) , you will be responsible for:Key Responsibilities: Student Engagement: Conduct lectures, mentor students, assist with placements, and organize subject-specific events. Curriculum Development: Review, update, and enhance the curriculum to align with industry standards. Content Creation: Develop study materials, assignments, projects, and digital learning resources. Training & Development: Assist in faculty hiring, conduct training sessions, and stay updated on industry trends. Quality Assurance: Monitor subject delivery, gather feedback, and improve teaching methods. Industry Collaboration: Build industry relationships, facilitate guest lectures, and collaborate for live projects & placementsEducation and Work Experience Requirements: MBA in management, marketing, HR or relevant field. 1 to 3 years of professional experience in the specific subject area. Prior experience in education, curriculum development, or training is preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with the latest industry tools, technologies, and best practices.
