Job Title: UI/UX DesignerRole Overview:We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in creating user-centered designs and a deep understanding of design principles. The ideal candidate will have experience with Figma for designing user interfaces and user experiences. This role requires a creative individual who can translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and visually appealing designs.Key Responsibilities: Design Creation: Develop and execute high-quality UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications. User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviours. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups using Figma to visualize design concepts and user flows. Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products. Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver design solutions. Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to refine and improve design concepts. User Testing: Conduct user testing sessions and analyse results to make data-driven design decisions. Trends & Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the highest quality of design. Documentation: Document design processes, design rationale, and user flows to communicate design decisions effectively.Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer. Proven experience designing user interfaces and experience with Figma. Design Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications. User-Centered Design: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Wireframing & Prototyping: Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze user feedback and data to drive design decisions. Education: Bachelors degree in Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Preferred Qualifications: Design Systems: Experience developing and maintaining design systems and style guides. User Research: Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Design Tools: Familiarity with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or InVision.
