The ideal candidate will be responsible for bidding on various freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others to secure projects for the company. The Bidder will play a critical role in generating business opportunities and expanding our client base through effective proposal submissions and client communication.Key Responsibilities:1) Bidding on Online Platforms: Actively bid on freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, Toptal, PeoplePerHour, Truelancer, and others to acquire projects in web design, web development, application development, AR/VR, metaverse, and game development. Identify relevant projects and submit detailed, well-structured proposals to potential clients. Tailor proposals based on project requirements to maximize the chances of securing projects.2) Client Communication: Communicate with clients through various platforms to clarify project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Build strong client relationships by maintaining regular communication and providing timely updates on ongoing bids and projects. Negotiate project terms and conditions to ensure a win-win situation for both the client and the company.3) Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Generate new business leads through online platforms, and actively follow up on submitted bids and proposals. Analyze client responses and provide strategic input to improve the companys bidding success rate. Develop and maintain a pipeline of projects and prospective clients for continuous business growth.4) Market Research & Strategy: Research competitors, market trends, and client preferences to optimize bidding strategies. Identify new areas of opportunity on freelance platforms to ensure diversification and increase the companys reach. Provide feedback to management on successful bidding strategies and potential improvements.Qualifications: Proven experience as an online bidder, preferably in the IT sector. Strong understanding of freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar. Familiarity with the services offered by We3Vision Infotech, such as web design, web development, AR/VR, metaverse, and game development. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tailor bids based on client needs. Ability to work independently, manage multiple bids, and meet deadlines.
