Oversee and manage all aspects of the Business such as Business development - managing day to day affairs of the Branch including front-end operations for Savings, Current & Fixed Deposits, Deposit Mobilization and Cash Management as well as extending priority banking services02.) Supervising marketing and Business development operations for various Liabilities Business, lending against Tangible Securities, Third Party Products thereby achieving increased sales/maximizing branch profit.03.) Responsible for dealing with external and internal auditors and inspections and compliance.04.) Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing superior service delivery & achieving service quality norms.05.) Overall responsible for Team Development, Cost Management, Revenue Generation for the retail bank branch.An ideal candidate must have at least 8 to 10 years of banking experience particularly in Banking function with a complete understanding of retail products and the implication of risks relating thereto, with a pro-active approach to problem solving. Candidate must have expertise in Retail Product Sales, Product Dynamics and New Product Innovation with good understanding of all the relevant banking laws and practicesExperience :Minimum 8 years working experience in Retail Branch Banking and as Branch Manager / Head position.Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduation in any streamAdditional Qualification CA/MBA is desirable with JAIIB / CAIIB.,
