Job Description

    Job Title: Experienced Real Estate AccountantWe are seeking a dedicated professional with at least 2 years of US based real estate accounting experience to join our team.Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of accounting for real estate clients, including property management companies and real estate investors. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and reconciliations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. Conduct detailed analysis of property performance and profitability. Prepare and file state and federal tax returns, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for real estate projects. Liaise with clients, providing exceptional service and resolving any accounting-related issues.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of real estate accounting experience. Proficiency in accounting and Property management software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho and other similar platforms Strong understanding of real estate accounting principles and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively.Preferred Qualifications: Inter-CA, or any other accounting degree.
