Job Description

    As a Web Developer specializing in WordPress and Shopify, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-converting eCommerce store websites to enhance user experience, speed, mobile optimization, and sales performance. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and translating them into functional, attractive, and responsive websites. You will work closely with design and content teams to ensure alignment and consistency. Your key responsibilities will include:- Designing and developing websites using WordPress and Shopify platforms.- Creating conversion-focused eCommerce websites to drive sales and user engagement.- Customizing themes, templates, and plugins based on client needs.- Conducting QA, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth performance.- Staying updated with the latest web technologies, Shopify/WordPress features, and eCommerce trends.To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:- Graduation in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.- 2 to 4 years of experience in WordPress and Shopify development.- Strong understanding of eCommerce user behavior and conversion optimization.- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Liquid.- Experience in theme customization, app integration, and website speed optimization.- Confidence in communicating with clients and managing project requirements.- Ability to multitask and deliver projects on deadline.Preferred Traits:- Detail-oriented with a focus on UX/UI and sales-driven design.- Confidence in client interactions and presentations.- Self-driven, reliable, and eager to improve during the training phase.- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar for performance tracking.This position offers a competitive fixed salary with growth opportunities, exposure to a wide range of client projects, professional development, hands-on training, and a creative work environment with team collaboration.,
