Job Description

- Knowledge of accounts payable & general accounting procedures
- Knowledge of relevant accounting software ( such as SAP, Excel)
- Pass all Purchase entry and expense entry
- Monthly GL Clearing, vendor clearing and Inter Branch Reconciliation
- Ensuring bills and utilities invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
- Three way match & comparing purchase order, price, terms of payment & other charges
- Scrutiny of vendor ledger for unsettled advances by way of coordinating with commercial department
- Knowledge of GST
- Vendor Reconciliation
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Produce monthly report ( Such as open GRIR/creditors/advances)
- Assist with month and closing
