Attend on- the- job training of SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Software Implementation (initial 3 months) conducted by Rolling Arrays SF Expert team. Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/ re- design and/ or organization structure definition. Perform system configuration and user training. Analyze Customer s requirements and propose the best possible solution mapping possible with in the product features. Work with Project Manager and Solution teams to deliver SAP SuccessFactors projects. Job Requirements: Bachelors in Information Technology or Computer Science or Human Resources. Fluent written and spoken English language skills. Strong desire to make a career in HR Advisory and SAP SuccessFactors/ HR Cloud Software Implementation Projects.
