Job Description Summary1. L2.5 & L3 Support IR/IM Management involving L3 Support for all APAC Application (OCEAN Platform, Base 24, ATS, OTRS, Commerce connect & MIS and Statements). This support needs higher skills, ability to stay on top of changing landscape We are looking at insourcing second set of support because of 1. Improve Quality of support: With more and more applications going live, we are facing efficiency issues in handing over from SCRUM teams to L3 BAU Teams. More efficient structure is to have L3 BAU team embedded within SCRUM teams and assign production issues to them as high priority user stories so those fixes will follow the right release process as well. 2. Achieve Reduction on run-rate OPEX: We are looking at starting date as 15/05/2021. 3. Reducing single vendor dependency in BAUWhy do we need to do this ASAP: This will really help us improve on Quality of L3 Support, with focus on enterprise clients (IOCL, Shangri La, Aust Post, Avis) more than ever, it is even more important we get going on this ASAP. Currently we are @100+ IR/Week (Raised by merchants, business or OPS). Our target is to bring it down to 75 by year end and for that full internal control is critical,
