And reinforce their loyalty with amazing rewards.Specialties :- Consumer loyalty programs, coalition marketing, e-learning, employee engagement, event marketing, sales incentives, market research, data analytics, meetings, product launches, Promotions/sweepstakes, recognition, incentive travel, branded merchandisePFB the details :Client : Global French MNC Position : DGM- CATALOGUE MGT & E COMMERCE OPERATIONSExperience : Over 10 years of relevant experience in catalogue mgt preferably in e-commerce/ fintech/ digital payment companies ctc- Joining in 30 days (one month)- We are looking for DGM/ Sr Mgr (Catalogue & e commerce operations) for our clients office in BangalorePFB THE JD & Details :THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS :- Create catalogues on back office platform according to requirements.- Our clients with coverage around the world, require the creation of catalogs by country. - The catalog executive must understand the clients needs through the direct communication channel of the Project Managers and apply it to the required catalogs.- Understanding of prices, VAT, costs, markups, etc.- Work closely with procurement who is collecting data from vendors.- Upload all data in back office platform IRIS to generate catalog.- Verify data before sending for validation to Procurement.- Create path of catalog sharing & collect all images associated with products.- Deliver catalogs in the format required by customers.- Training will be offered on platforms and functionalities.- Update prices according to procurement requirements.- Update supplier prices on IRIS platform (internal platform) according to Procurement requirements.- Updating prices in online customer catalogs.- Information verification with Procurement and Project Managers.- Create path to share with clients gathering all information & images.- Load promotional items and create seasonal catalogs- Uploading information to IRIS, new items, promotional items, or promotional pricing.- Creation of promotional catalogs according to seasons and promotions by country.- Update of catalogues for clients who accept promotions.- Create path to share with clients, gathering all information & images.- Registration of new suppliers to the site- Registration of new suppliers to IRIS.- Loading data from new suppliers and update of current suppliers (basic information such as address, contact phone numbers, etc.)- Maintain updated supplier database in IRIS.- Respect and control of all Service Level Agreement (SLA) of deliverables- Provide delivery times for the creation of catalogs and according to the SLAs agreed with our customers.- Work proactively to keep IRIS information always update.PROFILE REQUIRED :- Experience in platform management, information structure, database.- Quick Learning.- Organized, attention to details.- Analytical thinking, structured.- Efficient, patient & organized.- Proficient on Excel.- Good communication skills.- Problem solver and solutions-oriented.- Great at building relationships and maintaining strong bonds.- Perfect English communication mandatory.Kindly share the following details :Questions1.
