Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Opening forDesktop Support

  • Support IMAC (Install, Move, Add & Changes) in the desktop environment.
  • Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Desktop operating system and setup.
  • Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Desktop applications like email client, MS Office applications and other client software.
  • Tracking the status of all the tickets in the Queue till they are resolved & closed .
  • Should have hands on experience in remote technical support.
  • Should have knowledge of Incident management and Service Request.
  • Timely tracking of all the tickets to ensure that all the tickets are resolved /acknowledged within the SLA.
  • Keeping all the stakeholders informed in case of any minor/major changes causing an impact.
  • Configuration of printers and troubleshooting printer related problems.
  • Manage antivirus updates
