      • Strategically define the direction of future learning across functions, informed by deep understanding of the current state of learning and development programs.
      • Provide leadership and strategic guidance to the development of learning solutions and successful implementation
      • Designing learning intervention strengthening the in-house learning and development digital platform
      • Fostering and sustaining learning agenda which has content that supports problem-solving, conceptual understanding of employees.
      • Manage the fiscal aspect of learning and development including making recommendations to the business on the most effective use of the vendor / training spend, the annual course schedule / catalogue and oversight of the budget
      • Provide operational and performance metrics of the programs and services monitoring and communicating the impact of the offering on the key metrics.
      • Serves as a company champion and thought leader on learning and development.
      • Manage relationship with external vendors that advance the capabilities and effectiveness of learning and development objectives and initiatives.
