Job Description

    Talent Acquisition
    • Responsible for PAN India Sales Force and Corporate Team
    • Handling end to end recruitment process for all levels of hierarchy (sourcing, screening, interviewing, documentation, CTC negotiation, Offer Closure)
    • Onboarding and Induction
    HR Operations
    • Issuance of various letters, such as offer letter, appointment letter, transfer letter, warning letter, Increment letters etc.
    • Employee data management Personal records
    • Coordinate with various internal departments and external clients and ensure smooth transition of HR activities
    • Coordinate with Business Heads and address employee performance issues
    PMS
    • Active participation in PMS process
    • Discuss with Business Heads for target setting and Building Key performance indicators plans for each different role
    • Ensuring timely confirmations
    • Planning PIP for non-performers and probationers
    Payroll Input
    • Providing payroll input details to payroll team
    • Ensure timely leave encashment, incentive payout, variable payout
    Training and Development
    • Discuss with Business Heads and identify training needs
    • Identifying industry specific trainers, Preparing training calendar, Ensure execution of training calendar, Coordinating for venue, travelling, stay arrangements, Coordinating with faculty and training material
    • Conducting training sessions on HR policies and POSH
    • Evaluating performance, partnering with team leaders, HODs and management for transfer or termination as per business exigencies
    • Proposing employee skills enhancement programs and Learning activities
    Employee Engagement Activities
    • Organizing monthly birthday activities
    • Fun and Learn activities
    • Creating positive ambiance by accepting suggestions and implementation of ideas
    • Festival activities
